1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to use and customers purchasing through Autore Designs Online Website www.autoredesigns.com. By use and purchase of our products online to Autore Designs.com you have indicated your acceptance to be bound and agree to theses Terms and Conditions. By the use and purchase of products through our Website, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and all other communications in writing provided to you electronically through our Website satisfy all legal requirements.


2. Your Order
Autore Designs Online only sells products to adults who can purchase products with the use of a credit card. By purchasing a product through our Website, you agree to Autore Designs that you are an adult and provide true and accurate information about yourself, and that you are authorized to make the purchase using the credit card information you provide. In the event that the information provided by you is untrue, Autore Designs in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current and future use. Upon using this Website, it is your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree that you accept all activities that occur on your computer relating to any use of the Website or any purchase of Autore Designs Online products through your computer.

All orders placed that have been processed cannot be cancelled. But you may return items in accordance with our return policy, and may be subject to a restocking fee. (See: Return Policy)

You may place your orders online 24/24 using our shopping cart system. Our shopping cart system is protected by SSL security system.

NOTE: Any orders passing the Canadian border may be entitled to custom fee charges. These fees will have to be paid upon delivery by the customer.

4. Completion of a Purchase
Credit card or PayPal are the accepted forms of payment that Autore Designs accepts for all products ordered through our Website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Autore Designs Online. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when Autore Designs Online Accepts your order on the Website by sending you an e-mail or a written communication, or by shipping the products ordered.


5. Taxes
Autore Designs operates in Canada. Current law requires Autore Designs to collect all state taxes that are applicable. Therefore when Autore Designs is required by law to collect applicable taxes relating to your order, you authorize Autore Designs Online to charge the applicable taxes. NOTE: Tax rates are subject to change at any time.


6. Reservations and Exceptions
Autore Designs reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. Autore Designs Online attempts to post accurate information, but errors my sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when discovered and Autore Designs Online reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If any error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, Autore Designs Online will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.


7. Product Availability
Once Autore Designs Online accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, it will be on backorder and we will inform you of its shipment. Or we kindly ask you to try back again on Autore Designs.com and will be contacting you to discuss possibilities available related to your order.


8. Terms of Payment
The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the shipment of your order by Autore Designs Online. Upon shipment, Autore Designs Online will charge the credit card or paypal account you identified when your order was placed for the purchase price, the cost of shipping and applicable taxes, once the order is placed the account will be verified by our billing department and will be processed accordingly. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Note: All orders placed that have been processed cannot be cancelled.


9. Delivery and Reservation of Title
The products ordered by you will be delivered to the address entered by you through a delivery service selected by Autore Designs Online. You agree that the address entered by you is the correct address and that the products ordered and sent to you remain Autore Designs Online’s property until full payment has been received.


10. Return Policy
Return Items You may return items in accordance with Autore Designs Online return policy. You must send an email within the 7 days of receiving your order, including your full name, address, phone number, stating the nature of the problem, to sales@autoredesigns.com once Autore Designs receives your e-mail they will issue a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number of acceptance. However for refunds there will be a restocking fee of 40% of the product’s initial value you are returning, and you are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment and any taxes applicable of the products to be sent back to Autore Designs. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in a resalable condition and the original receipt must be included with any returned purchases. The Item must not have been worn or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Autore Designs Online. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss. Return due to damage during shipment You must send an email within the 5 days of receiving your order, including your full name, address, phone number, stating the nature of the problem, to sales@autoredesigns.com once Autore Designs receives your e-mail they will issue a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number of acceptance. In the event Autore Designs determines that your claim is justified, Autore Designs Online will refund to you the necessary costs of shipping through the standard ground transportation. Replacements will only be issued once Autore Designs has received the item, and approved the condition. Product will be replaced and returned to you as originally promised at no extra cost. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in a resalable condition. The Item must not have been worn or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Autore Designs Online. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss. Any return is subject to prior approval from Autore Designs Online. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. All products returned whether a refund or damaged during transit to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Autore Designs.


12. Prohibition of Assignment
You may assign your contractual rights under these Terms and Conditions to a third party only with Autore Designs Online’s prior written consent.


13. Applicable Law
By using this Website, you agree that the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada shall govern these Terms and Conditions without giving effect to any conflict of laws principals. Autore Designs Online reserves the right to make changes to the Website and these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your use or purchase.


14. Disclaimers and limitations of liability relating to use of the Website
The Website is provided “AS IS” as available basis. Neither Autore Designs Online nor its affiliates or anyone part of the Website warrants that the use of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Autore Designs nor its affiliates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Website. You expressly agree the use of the Website is at your sole risk. You agree that neither Autore Designs nor its affiliates be liable for any damages that result from the use or inability to use the Website.


15. Proprietary Rights
Any content included on or compromising the Autore Designs Online Website, including information, data, software, photographs, designs, illustrations, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds and other material (Any Collective Content) are the intellectual property owned by Autore Designs, and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patent or other proprietary rights, controlled and licensed by Autore Designs. All Content is protected by law and copyrighted as a collective work under the Province of Quebec, Canada copyright laws and regulations, and that Autore Designs owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content. The Autore Designs Online Website and its content is the entire property owned by the Director and Designer Carmina Autore. All rights reserved. Unless you are authorized or licensed by Autore Designs, you may not copy, photocopy, modify, remove, delete, argument, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, lease or rental of, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. Please be aware that Autore Designs actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.


16. Complete Agreement
You may not modify, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions in any manner without the express written agreement of Autore Designs Online.
